First....Peter, Paul and Mary 1965 or '66 Last.....Paul Simon early 90's Best.....toss up between Frank Zappa and the David Bowie Space Oddity tour Worst....Grateful Dead (they had a lousy night in Huntington WV in the mid 70's)
