Is it just Chicago fans, where the refrain is always, "OK, we can still win this one if we ----"? Cuz that IS a mindset required of all Chicago sports' fans, players, coaches, and commentators. I originally thought it was just Bears fans ("There are 4 seconds left on the clock. If we throw a pass and then immediately run a play and get a safety AND a flag of some sort thrown-- we can still win this one!").... It seems to carry over to the other sports-- is that just a sports thing, true in every sport everywhere?
