Flat-assed guess at the chords based on the sound clip:

I expect--unless there is a key change for the chorus, that you'll find the songs requires only G, C and D or D7. (The key is likely not the one used. I have a good ear, but I don't have perfect pitch. If you need the key changed to another, I can help with that.
