Isn't it interesting how different we are. My own boundary consists of being unable to go to the dog pound to exercise the dogs- I don't want to get fond of a dog and never know what eventually happened to it, whether it got a good home or if it was eventually 'put down'.
However I recognize that as a defect in myself. The people who go there religiously and do it are doing it to make a difference in the dogs' life, and forgetting themselves in the process. I admire them no end. What they are doing is far more virtuous than what I am doing.
