The darkness is creeping in around my dwelling. Strange, furtive sounds seem to echo somewhere at the vague edges of the night where hearing drifts into lurid ghostly vestiges of a haunted imagination. Somewhere in the distance soft, sibilant footpads trespass upon the vacant borders of these nameless lands. Footpads that stalk an unnamed prey...and speak of a foul and horrific purpose!
