Of all I saw and heard, and I mostly watch and listen as I am not a musician myself, not once did I see anything remotely resembling exclusion. (Though I was not there to see KT booted from the Pedestrians; who would have the gall or the wish to boot her from anything anywhere?) Many times I did observe inclusion. Many times I did see or hear someone invite or encourage someone else. Many times was I myself the recipient of this from someone, who was of course either a minimal acquaintance or a stranger as those were all who were there from my point.
