KT and Shy Person: I LOVE the idea of seeing an assortment of people showing up at the next Getaway with "shy one" added to their name tags. What a lovely reminder to all that someone who hesitates is wishing to be asked to join in. Love of music and wishing to share it are the reasons we are all there. I rather like that you have not given us your "other" names (Mudcat or everyday). I suspect I am not the only one who next year will find myself making a point of seeking out a variety of people who seem to hover around the margins waiting a bit more personal inclusion, hoping I do talk and sing with the original "Shy Person."
