A small word of wisdom: NEVER let anyone here hurt your feelings -- we get the occasional loonie who specializes in being mean about ordinary things, and taking it personally can be a serious error and cause unnecessary tailspin. Our motto is "Don't feed the trolls" even though it is hard to remember some times.
