I don't have any opinions or insights into any of your thoughts or about the things you have experienced, but you do seem to have done a very good job of retaining your humanity and your sense of your humanity in a job that can be very dehumanizing for everyone involved. I think that must be a great gift. I think it's good that the world has people who are able to do what you are doing for a living with the perspective you bring to it.
