Hi Jenny,

As Barry mentioned, we do a monthly shanty/forebitter session at the Press Room in Portsmouth NH, about an hour north of you. The next one will be on the 19th of November from 3:30 to 7:30 PM and should be a good one. In addition to some fine local singers, we're usually joined by members of Roll and Go and other good Maine folk, and recently we've had some new blood travelling north from Gloucester.

And while the Press Room is a pub, it is also a restaurant that serves coffee, tea, and soft drinks so that your youth will not keep you out.
