I'm very happy with my Seagull S6 cutaway that I bought last summer. It has a Baggs pick-up, and works well whether plugged in or not. I find the pick-up a tad too sensitive, but with a cover over the sound hole, no problems with feed backs.

It has a very nice, rich sound, and is not easily drowned at sessions or in other noicy places. I also find it easy on my fingers, but then again, I've been playing a twelve-string for the last 15 years!

Price-wise (at least here in Norway), I think you'd have to look long to fnd a better guitar for the same price.
