How about first, trial and error? I'll find some stuff written in Gaelic, then you take educated guesses at how it's pronounced, I can throw in what little I know, and come up with a pronunciation, then ask an authority if we are close. I know basically all the sounds, but the problem is, they aren't constant, and sometimes are pronounced differently in different words. Very confusing. Maybe we could try that--though I'm sure there are better ways...BTW what is HearMe exactly? And would it work for us in learning Gaelic pronunciation over the net?--Mbo (I think I should start a new thread on this...)
