I got the news at The Pigs Ear Haloween Folk day at Markbeech, Kent. I too knew this was coming as Jan and I managed to visit Dave in hospital. He will always be in my mind and my thoughts as one of the bravest men I've known. It has been my pleasure to have known him for quite a few years, and to think I'll never hear 'The Hash my Father scored' in quite the same way leaves me empty. My thoughts and condolences to you Linda, to Peter for the loss of his twin, and to his family. My song for you Dave:-
