Many Thanks, Peace, for that list - I've never looked as I've always been repelled by the foods I can't eat, which is why I haven't tried a lot. Funny though as there are at least 3 items on there I have eaten. I heard once that an alkaline-forming food becomes an acid-forming food by cooking with sugar, not sure how true that is though.
