I'm allergic to:

Corn (this includes all of the additives made from corn, including   citric acid, dextrose, various texturizers, flavor enhancers, etc.)

Peanuts
Almonds
Chocolate
Cocoanut
Sulfites
Monosodium Glutamate
Dairy
Eggs
Hops
Aspartame

And I don't eat any kind of meat, poultry, or fish.

It's quite possible that I have forgotten something, but I think that's the complete list.
