I don't understand the banks and merchants. Just try to get your hands on their money! Meanwhile someone can steal your checkbook and cash your account out to the name "Minnie Mouse" and they don't ask for ID or even bat an eyelash.

I had one bank refuse to cash a federal check because I didn't have an account there (which is illegal). Bunch of clowns!
