A story to bear in mind:

At the age of 29, I had lost interest in guys and dating. My present husband changed all that by coming to a meeting and helping me clean up after it. All the other young guys were standing around, talking to one another, and ignoring my very existence. My future husband came over, talked to me, and helped me deal with the coffee grounds.

The other guys probably left the building and started talking about how they never have any luck with chicks.
