Pull down the View menu and rest your cursor on Toolbars. A pop-out menu should pop out to the side listing the available toolbars. Select Standard. If Lock the Toolbars is checked, you will have to uncheck that before doing the above. After you get the toolbar back, select Lock the Toolbars.
