Rapaire, you are a hard taskmaster...

Hmm.

1. Sawney Bean was too lazy and stupid to manage a restaurant.

2. My bets are on Attila for that one. 3 to 1 odds.

3. My guess is that the Dauphin had doubts about the legitimacy of his lineage to the throne of France, but he dared broach the subject with no one. Joan, with complete confidence, assured him that he had nothing to fear, and that his lineage was beyond question. He was astonished that she knew his secret thought and heartened by her testimony, and gained courage that he had not had before. This began the process that eventually placed Joan in command of the French army.

4. Ned Kelly had succumbed to a bout of drunken grandiosity, accompanied by fatalism and despair. In such a mood, he was willing to sacrifice comfort for style, and go out with a clang.

And that's it for tonight! I shall resume tomorrow.

Teribus, your one problem may be that you just tend to take yourself a bit too seriously. I try not to make that mistake.
