Snuffy, if performers aren't prepared to stay for the whole evening *after* doing their spot, the organiser(s) shouldn't give them a spot in the future. If they support the club through thick and thin, and doing graveyard spots, give 'em a better spot, or extended spot if they're good enough, another time. Carrots and sticks can work.
