i have one less than i did
one of my wooden ones fell
to pieces recently and sits
in the fire box waiting to
become kindling. When i
think of all the onions i have
chopped on it , it brings a tear
to the eye.

but i still have four others,
none gets used for meat. i
remember seeing a report once
on chicken cutting equipment
which was photograhed under a
black light and the kitchen was
a-glow everywhere the chicken
had touched...including hand
towels, refridgerator handles,
knife handles, drawer pulls,
cabinet knobs and esp the
cutting board...scary stuff.
