Where did that last verse come from? It wasn't on Cohen's original recording and it wasn't on the Smudged Air site when I downloaded the lyrics to learn the song.

It doesn't scan or fit the metre of the other verses (or, IMHO, make much sense - I could be missing something). Is it another inchoate ending as in "One of us cannot be wrong" that was added in a live performance? Was it written by Cohen, or is it another's "embellishment"?

I love the song, too, but I don't think I'd bother with that verse.
