Lawyers will take some pretty bizarre cases. I won't recite the details of my story of receiving a libelous letter from a family member for fear that family member is still looking for someone to sue. But it was such an absurd letter, clearly dictated by a mentally ill individual, making me wonder at the judgement of the attorney who could in good conscience send this specious piece of material through the mail. (This same letter-dictator was later issued a restraining order to keep him out of another attorney's office.)
