I think I've worked out some approx chords for it. 1st line : Dm Am 2nd line : C Bm 3rd line : Dm Am 4th line : C Bm

then the chorus is 1st line Dm C and second line also Dm C

Probably not exactly right as I'm afraid I tend to get tunes wrong but plausible.

Its a really lovely song.
