We have at least five. I had a decent size wood one handed down from my dad (rarely used) and a small plastic one that we use for salad slicing. Then we got three (maybe more, I forget) as wedding gifts. Two very nice, large, thick, heavy bamboo ones (I think bamboo, have to check). And one intended for fish; that one is wood with a metal fish head and fish tail attached.
