As with "sunny-side-up" eggs, I question why anyone would want a three-minute soft-boiled egg. Yuck! Eggs whether fried, scrambled boiled, baked, broiled, or barbecued, should be cooked, cooked, cooked until all that nasty runny stuff is beaten into submission and all traces of the yolk's original liquid state have disappeared.
