Most interesting. Paul Hellyer is an unusually honest and courageous man, specially for a politician.

His courage to speak out on this is admirable, but I doubt that it will have one iota of an effect on the behaviour of the USA in their efforts to militarize space. The USA seems to be incapable of living without and endless succession of enemies to obsess over and fight with.

Having seen some ETV's (I would certainly assume that was what they were) in the late 60's, I don't find Hellyer's allegations all that surprising. What I do find surprising is that he is speaking about it publicly and putting himself on the line.
