Anyhow - my point and reson for posting the article was - if only 5.6% of rapes get convicted, (and that's only out of the 15% reported!) something has to change. It just made me so mad reading this. I thought I'd put it to public opinion - what do you think? In my humble opinion - a woman flirting or wearing a low cut top is NOT a woman asking to be raped. Same goes for if she's been drinking. Or if she's promiscuous. But hey, according to some people I'm wrong.
