open mike, I like the troll idea. We have a Swedish retired doctor playing the narrator/wizard. He'd really go for the troll.

One of the really nice things about doing this is that I am using local people who are friends. I can tailor the parts to the actors. Only two of them have acting experience but once behind the spotlights everyone just glows with talent. The little school has just 6 children a good number for the chorus.
I discovered a talent for writing and directing.
The whole town is still talking about our last effort. That was funny all the way. This time I'm going for funny with a touch of sadness at the end. Can't wait to get back to Act 2. Keen to know what's going to happen. Thank you all Cheers, Joy
