I'm not familiar with Deep Purple much and don't know the song Lazy. Have you heard Aerosmith's "Pink", my kids thought It sonded like the STUFF I listen to and introduced me to it. It's very bluesy. Thier guitarist, Joe Perry is playing a lot of new / old stuff on a Natonal Resolectric. Definately a blues guitar!
