I have tried this once before but you never know your luck.

Some religions were started a long time ago and some much more recently. Quite a few in the late 19C and the Church of Scientology, I think, in the 1950's.

How about a new one? Most, but not all, religions have:
1. A mysterious figure who reveals or shows the path to (?) truth
2. A book
3. Followers to spread the message
4. Somewhere to go.
5. Dietry and dress habits
6. Other stuff

I suggest;
