In the case of a drunken female - there are men who would escort the female safely home and those who would take advantage of the situation and rape. Its not too difficult to determine the guilty from the innocent.

As to the drunken condition of the woman. Does that mean any woman who drinks too much, in any circumstance, should be partially guilty if she is raped? I don't think so.

There is no law against drinking but there is a law against rape.
