I read the free glossy book in the seat pocket of a plane once. It was one of those cheap airlines presenting itself as youthful and carefree. There were pictures of the crew partying on their time off. I hope it was their time off. Anyway there was the co-pilot, looking about 12 years old, throwing a volley ball around. Recent date on the caption. Well anyway, sez I, he's just the co-pilot. Then I turned the page and there was the captain wearing a funny hat. Falling about with a glass of something potent in his hand. AND I swear he was even younger. Way too young to even grow a bit of fuzz on his smooth chin. Understand me - I'm not against youth as such but I want to see a kindly, wise, bearded driver with a few years under his belt next time. Cheers, Joy
