I never new Howdy D. was part of pop culture, i.e. same league as Andy Warhol. I thought he was just some goofy marinet that had his own t.v. program.

But i'm sure L.H. the disappearance of Howard the Turtle and Michelle Finney have something to do with the arrival of the oncoming Apocalypse.
