I heard on the news last night about a trader on the Tokyo stock exchange who mis-typed in a hurry and instead of buying/selling $2.12 (ish) million worth shares in a company he got involved with $212 million. Whatever the numbers it cost his firm $200 million and wiped 200 points of the Nikkei index for the day.

They blamed an age-old problem but called it "Thick Finger Syndrome"

I would have called it brain fade ot finger trouble but what do 'Catters call it?
