I don't care if you inform print and broadcast media of what I am about to tell you but it is high time it is said.

Every politician, agency, scientific and academic advisor have made it clear that they are not to blame.

Be it the finagling mayor, Govenor, President or Brownie, we are told "I am not to blame".
