It'll never work! The mere presence of a tremendous amount of energy does not necessarily mean that that energy can be tapped in any manner which humans would consider useful. Hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis and Spaw farts all fall into the same broad category. They're all far to uncontrollable to be put to constructive use.
