This house is now done. It has been weeks of backbreaking effort. The bedroom furniture is in; the new floors are down; the carpets are in place. Every file in my old desk has been exhumed and shuffled, and half of them sent to their maker. The garage has been emptied and scrubbed and restored to plain order. The vacuuming is done.
