I bought this beautiful stuff in Kangaroo Valley a few years ago. It's called Oregano Wine Vinegar, and is absolutely the best thing on salads when you want something light and tasty. I still have the bottle, which says "The Old Mountain Church Gallery - Bellawongarah". I think I'd have to go back there if I wanted more. I haven't found anything quite like it round here in Sydney :-(
