Sen. Stevens has acted like such a jerk in connection with this. I'm sure I'm not the only one who wishes he would keep his word about resigning. He has made it such a personal crusade that I don't see any indication that he even bothers to consider whether opening it is right or wrong. Getting his way seems to be the important thing to him.
