As someone else said, in the days when secretaries took dictation, I once received a letter for signature addressed to 'Scottish Lighthouse, Manchester' instead of 'Scottish Life House'.
Mind you, one word, two meanings can be a problem, one of my girls in the building industry once said 'I hate doing John's dictation, every time he says 'erection' I blush!'
