And fragrant-- I can almost smell the odor myself, but it defies description. Attracting... not quite yummy, but powerfully attracting. Redolent. Possibly with butter and nutmeg and green things; with pepper for sure. You'll know it when you encounter it and exclaim, "Rorty!"
