Bob, that bush tucker sounds yummy to me! and my calling would be OK I am sure. I bought the Gwydir Grove oil at the Gulgong butcher shop, I am hoping he still stocks it. Peel how ever many kumera you like, chop into wedges, toss in said oil and bake for 30 mins or so in mod oven. Please let me know when you are making it and I will eat with you.
Also for Sydneysiders - the Oxfam shop in Centrepoint stocks a range of Outback Spirit brand products, their lemon myrtle and chilli powder marinade is good with chook fillets. And fish.
