Janie, thanks for sharing that , we are with you too, replete with Smoked salmon pate and Pork loin cooked in white wine and served with good Chablis( French) or Burgundy, followed by good Port and Cheese!! Stilton to die for.. smoked Brie, soemthing made from Buffalo Milk and Sage Derby... Wonderful, if you MUST share Christnmas Eve with in-laws at least let they be Wine Loverss!!!
