Something has gone wrong with the "listen again" feature for the programme, and there is just a recorded message blaming the absence of the file on "an unforeseen problem". Although I've sent them a message via the online contact form asking what's up, and whether the matter will be sorted out when the holidays are over, the BBC autoresponder appears to think that my message was intended for their "feedback" programme, so we may never find out...
