Search for said book in ABEbooks.com. They have one copy listed at the moment for 21 pounds - I thought of buying it myself but I'll let the rest of you scramble for it.

In fact, search for any book there - it is quite remarkable that you seem to be able to get any second-hand there. It is a network of 5500 second hand book dealers that seems to be world wide, or maybe just western hemisphere, I am not sure. If I was richer, it would be my favorite site.
