You are right, Ron, at least thats the way I see it, too.

Iraq will be divided into three territories and the U.S. will have to stay to protect the Kurds from the Sunnis in the middle. Southern Iraq will become part of Iran.

The big question is will the U.S. accept oil as payment for helping the Kurds to create a separate homeland in Turkey as well?
