Exactly. I'm not concerned that he monitored calls. I'm concerned that he is not carrying out his oath but seems to look for excuses to sidestep it and when he is not likely to get the legal nod, he just bypasses that part and does it anyway. That seems to be making a mockery of our Constitution and it has to be investigated and a determination made.
