1tbsp vegetable oil
2tbsp wholegrain mustard
250g/9oz unbleached white bread flour
125g/4 1/2oz wholemeal bread flour
1tbsp skimmed milk powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1tsp easy-blend dried yeast
