Which only means that he's an Intelligence. Personally, I think he's a minor subroutine, albeit a very intelligent one and his coder should be congratulated.

I ran this statement:

SELECT FROM clones WHERE lastname = "Offer" AND WHERE dna = "1"

and got the response

NULL SET RETURNED.

Ergo, Joe Offer is a subroutine, not a flesh-and-blood person.
